<description>Hi, First a little about me-I am a single woman, age 45 with grown children. I lost my job back in August and have finally decided that I do not want to go back in to my previous profession. I have always loved cooking and frequently get told I should open my own restaurant or caterer. Now I am looking at culinary schools. Unfortunately I am not able to relocate and find there are only a few here in St Louis to choose from. One big issue I will be running in to is paying for my schooling. I more than likely will not be eligible for pells grants and such as I already have a higher education degree. In fact I have a double masters(finance and Management) and my undergraduate degree is in accounting. With all this being said, can you give me any advice or recommendations on what direction I should go? The two schools here in St Louis are Le Cordon Bleu and E&#039;Cole (sp?) and of course we have a local community college that offers hospitality degrees (I don&#039;t need or want the basics that go along with these degrees as I already have them). Thank you for any adviceyou may be able to give me...
